Lindsay Dougal is a certified birth doula with Birth Arts International (BAI). She is a believer in the power of a strong support network and grounds her practice in empowering women to remain informed of their options, pursue the learning of evidence-based birth education, and—most importantly—feel supported in their journey. She has a passion for birth—particularly in witnessing people cast aside fear and trust in their bodies and instincts.
